Amélie Tremblay

Producer

Amélie holds a bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Media Production and a Certificate in Screenwriting from Université du Québec à Montréal. She joined Nemesis Films in 2018 and quickly shined as a production coordinator. She later took the lead of the company’s emerging talent division, supporting new voices in the development and production of their projects.

Her recent productions include the short film Heat Spell by Marie-Pier Dupuis (2023 — ARTE Prize, Brussels Short Film Festival; Telluride Film Festival), the feature film Irlande Cahier Bleu by Olivier Godin (ACCQ Award—Caméra Lucida, Fantasia, 2023), and the short film Little Goodbyes by Justine Martin (REGARD international Short Film Festival, 2025; Palm Springs Short Film Festival, 2025).

In 2024, she received support from Telefilm Canada’s Talent to Watch program to produce Fios da Terra, Kayla Fragman’s first feature documentary, which is currently in postproduction. Amélie is currently developing several projects, including: Sarah Baril Gaudet’s High Season, Justine Martin’s first feature Sundays as well as Body-to-Body, Romane Garant Chartrand’s upcoming short film.

Marie Arduin

Administrative coordinator

Marie Arduin has made her mark in the film industry with a passion for seamless organization and a keen eye for detail. She joined the Nemesis Films team in 2025, where she serves as administrative coordinator and plays a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly, rigorously overseeing production processes—from financing to delivery.

Before joining Nemesis, Marie worked as a post-production supervisor on several major feature films and television series. Her notable collaborations include Pascal Plante’s Les chambres rouges, Robin Aubert’s Tu ne sauras jamais, Sophie Farkas Bolla’s Jules au pays d’Asha, as well as TV series such as Les bracelets rouges (seasons 1–3), Léo (seasons 3–5), La candidate, Bête noire (season 2), and Motel Paradis.

This solid background in post-production gives her a nuanced understanding of the technical and creative challenges at every stage of a project. Her versatility and ability to anticipate needs make her a valuable asset in ensuring coordination between artistic, technical, and administrative teams.

Rigor, practicality, and curiosity guide her approach, without ever losing sight of the human element behind every film. For her, a project’s success depends as much on artistic vision as on solid coordination… and good Excel spreadsheets!
